Licences
Every pack comes in three editions. Lite and Plus are sold with the standard licence, Max with the white-label licence. The full text ships in every download (LICENSE.txt) and is the reference.

Standard licence (Lite and Plus)
You may use the clips for personal and commercial projects: social media posts (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Facebook), ads, client work, presentations and products you sell. You keep all of your revenue.
You may resell or redistribute clips, alone or in selections, as part of your own products, provided you do not create a competing pack under the VidsKit or TBS Digital brand.
The viewer, the catalogue file and the kit as a whole remain ours: you may not resell, redistribute or rebrand them. Sharing the whole folder for personal or editorial use is allowed.
White-label licence (Max)
On top of the standard licence, you may rebrand and resell the clips and the whole kit, viewer and catalogue included, under your own brand, in your products or on your marketplaces, without crediting TBS Digital, for unlimited end customers.
You may replace the logo, domain and branding in START-HERE.html and README.txt, and resell the kit as a tool under your own name.
The only right excluded is reselling the white-label right itself: you may not sell a third party the right to rebrand the kit.
In every case
- Files are provided as is. Platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram…) apply their own publishing and monetisation rules.
- Your licence is the one of the edition you bought, named on your download page.
