As soon as the payment is confirmed, a personal download link is sent to the email address entered at payment. It usually arrives within a few minutes; check your spam folder too.

Your personal link is valid for 30 days and lets you download each file 5 times. An interrupted download resumes without counting again. Your purchases then stay available from your account.

Sign in with Google using the email address of the purchase: the My account page lists your orders and lets you download them again.

Etsy gives you a PDF that contains your download link. Open that link in your browser: the Mercator download page appears, with the file or, for large packs, the list of files. From that page you can also attach the purchase to a Mercator account.

MP4 files in their original framing: most are vertical (9:16), some are square or landscape. No watermark is added.

Large packs are split into ZIP files of 10 GB at most, which are easier to download. Each file opens on its own; unzip them all into the same folder to get the complete pack.

It is a viewer that opens in your browser without an Internet connection. It shows the clips of the pack with their previews and lets you filter and find them quickly.

A computer with a stable connection is the most comfortable: some packs weigh several tens of gigabytes. The size of each edition is shown on the pack's page.

Yes. Every edition allows personal and commercial use: social media posts, ads, client work, products you sell.

Yes, every edition allows reselling clips or selections of clips in your own products (PLR licence), as long as you do not recreate a competing pack under the Mercator or VidsKit brand.

The Max edition adds the right to rebrand and resell the whole kit, viewer included, under your own brand. Only the white-label right itself cannot be resold to a third party.

Platforms decide on monetisation by their own rules, so we cannot guarantee it. An original edit with your voice, text or music is usually better accepted than a clip reposted as is.

By card, on Stripe's secure page. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.

As the files are delivered at once, you waive the 14-day withdrawal period when you order. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, write to us: we replace it or refund you.

Yes: write to us with the email address of the purchase and, if you have it, the order reference shown after payment.
